Nestled in the famed Tsinandali microzone of Kakheti, the Mildiani Family Winery was established in 1991 by four passionate brothers driven by a shared love of wine.
It blends ancient Georgian traditions—like clay‑pot (qvevri) fermentation—with modern winemaking techniques and Italian equipment, ensuring high standards from vineyard to bottle.

Vintage: 2023.
Color: Intensive cherry.
Aroma: distinct Saperavi flavor and ripe red fruit tones.
Palate: Acidity level higher than average, full-bodied, rich with tannin; prune, dark sweet cherry and berry flavors are noticeable.
Great with: fat meat dishes, fried sea fish and mature cheese assort.

Aroma: the wine has complex and rich bouquet; distinct aromas characteristic for the sort are followed by cherry, pomegranate, blackberry flavors. Then, one can notice black pepper, bitter chocolate and tobacco flavors which are characteristic for aging in oak barrels.
Palate: mellow and round; acidity is higher than average; full of tannin and balanced.
Great with: ham, barbeque, boiled beef and cheese.
